I can't take credit for this one, I struggled for hours trying to figure out who this reminded me of. Sent it to a friend and she had an answer for me in under a minute.
Without the scars, the resemblance is pretty solid, with the scars... uncanny.

there is litterally no scars in the same places on their faces....not one scar matches up
